The beautiful part is that your “Followers” are easy to find on Twitter and rush over to your website like swarms of bees when you know how to use it properly. Use Twitter the wrong way and you’ll get stung by these swarms faster than you can imagine…

"Forget Resolutions In 2009!"

Forget about making resolutions.  Be who you ought to be and get done what only you can do.

Does this sound a bit far fetched?  Well it's not.  It is exactly what you need to know, to get

on with the process or living out the plan of productivity for your life in 2009. If loss of

interest in past passions has caused you to feel that you are not productive or just

can't seem to get the job done, it's not you, its the task you have chosen.  The task

has lost it's glow because it is not your purpose work and therefore not for you to do.

The down hill decline has begun because you can not raise altitude on a flight you

are not on. What am I saying?  Link to PURPOSE, take flight and have unlimited joy

and more money…Get there NOW!  Or continue to loose altitude, energy and vitality.

Don't end up in the grave with your treasure buried with you, share it!.

"Taking Care of You…"

As a busy person who wants to perform at peak potential at all cost, I have discovered that there are three things you must do to take care of you.  If you leave these areas unattended you will suffer loss.

Number One:

Drink at-least a gallon of water per day.  Alkaline water is best.  This ionized water kills bacteria and microscopic organisms, which helps you resist cancer, diabetes and other acid generated symptoms.  Your lymph system needs water in order to rid your blood, tissues and cells of toxic waste that is deadly to your health

Number Two

I am sure you have heard it said, "You Are What You Eat." I have found this statement to be true.  If you eat dead food sources, what you you get is deficient nutrition.  The foods you eat determine the health of your blood, tissues and bones.  Eat dead food and you will have a body deficient of oxygen, energy and vitality.  The human body, like a plant, is alkaline and needs sources of live green (alkaline) food sources. Our bodies thrive in an alkaline environment.  Taking care of you means feeding you food that brings you life, energy and vitality.  Dead food can not bring life.  If your food source is canned, bagged, boxed or processed, it is DEAD!. iF IT IS DEAD, IT CAN NOT GIVE YOU LIFE.

Number Three

Giving your body enough rest and sleep is care that will go along way toward prolonging your youthful look and your life.  A good night sleep can renew, refresh and rejuvenate you, as well as prepare your brain to cope with the complexities of daily thoughts that filter through your mind.  Your brain needs down time on a regular basis.  The best quality down time it gets is when you sleep.

In conclusion, drink enough alkaline water, eat alkaline foods and by all means, get enough sleep.  If eating enough alkaline foods is a problem, try getting alkalinity through supplements.  An excellent alkaline supplement I use daily is SuperGreens and Prime pH from Innerlight.  So do all you can do to preserve and take care of you.

Blessings,

Alice

"Time For A Tune Up!…"

Are you are sick and tired?  Then it is time for a tune up. I say, treat

your body like you would a brand new car.  Cars need care and attention.

You don't put junk in your tank, you don't let people put trash in it.  In fact,

you're quick to eliminate every speckle or spot you see on your new car.

Your body is the most expensive vehicle you will ever own.  If it breaks

down, you can't buy a new one. Oh yea, you might get some body's old

used body parts, if something happens to the ones that can be replaced,

but I assure you that is not your best.   My suggestion then is, it is time for

a tune up for your body.   Check up at regular intervals.  A seasonal over-

haul will do wonders for keeping you in tip top shape.  If you want to have

as much joy in your life as possible and be able, to perform at maximum

level, be creative and earn as much as you can, you need a well oiled

machine to carry you. You are not your body.  You are a spirit, you have

a soul and you live inside of a physical body.  Here are some tips to keep

the body performing well:

  • Detox at least twice a year
  • Hydrate (drink a gallon of water per day)
  • Alkalize (eat alkaline food, alive foods)
  • Stress less (laugh to release

In the detox category try SuperGreens and Prime PH along with Myco Detox.

This combination saved my life.  Learn more about it here

"Passion is not Purpose!…"

   Image2.jpg

How often have you been perplexed with the thought of not knowing

what you're here for or what your purpose is?   Then someone comes along

and tells you, just do what you are passionate about.  You go on and find

an action of passion, but still your excitement eventually grows dim and again

you find yourself at a point of discontent.

The reason this happens is because passion is not purpose.  It is

extremely important to know what your purpose is so you can link to purpose

and spend doing your purpose work.  Living out your purpose is what you

are here for, so it is imperative that you link to your purpose so you can live

a life of relevance on purpose.
