"Taking Care of You…"
As a busy person who wants to perform at peak potential at all cost, I have discovered that there are three things you must do to take care of you. If you leave these areas unattended you will suffer loss.
Number One:
Drink at-least a gallon of water per day. Alkaline water is best. This ionized water kills bacteria and microscopic organisms, which helps you resist cancer, diabetes and other acid generated symptoms. Your lymph system needs water in order to rid your blood, tissues and cells of toxic waste that is deadly to your health
Number Two
I am sure you have heard it said, "You Are What You Eat." I have found this statement to be true. If you eat dead food sources, what you you get is deficient nutrition. The foods you eat determine the health of your blood, tissues and bones. Eat dead food and you will have a body deficient of oxygen, energy and vitality. The human body, like a plant, is alkaline and needs sources of live green (alkaline) food sources. Our bodies thrive in an alkaline environment. Taking care of you means feeding you food that brings you life, energy and vitality. Dead food can not bring life. If your food source is canned, bagged, boxed or processed, it is DEAD!. iF IT IS DEAD, IT CAN NOT GIVE YOU LIFE.
Number Three
Giving your body enough rest and sleep is care that will go along way toward prolonging your youthful look and your life. A good night sleep can renew, refresh and rejuvenate you, as well as prepare your brain to cope with the complexities of daily thoughts that filter through your mind. Your brain needs down time on a regular basis. The best quality down time it gets is when you sleep.
In conclusion, drink enough alkaline water, eat alkaline foods and by all means, get enough sleep. If eating enough alkaline foods is a problem, try getting alkalinity through supplements. An excellent alkaline supplement I use daily is SuperGreens and Prime pH from Innerlight. So do all you can do to preserve and take care of you.
Blessings,
Alice
